As a graduate from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, an internationally respected school of therapeutic massage and bodywork, I have studied with some of the best minds in the field, including leaders in neuromuscular rehabilitation, somatic patterning and trauma processing. Though each modality is unique in its approach to physiologic function in the body, they also compliment each other, ensuring a holistic approach to help the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
In addition, I have extensive training in Zen Shiatsu, Swedish or deep tissue massage, animal massage and hot and cold stone forms of bodywork.
